Train like an astronaut
The Mission X project The Mission X educational project aims to raise awareness among children about the importance of healthy eating and exercise, drawing inspiration from astronauts during their years of training and aboard the ISS. To do this, students can take part in the “Walk to the Moon” challenge organized by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the UK Space Agency. In this challenge, each activity completed by a team and submitted on the ESA website is converted into “steps” to enable the mascots Luna and Leo to reach the Moon, located approximately 380,000 km away.
