This third day of training is part of a three-day program. During the first two days (2024-2025), participants were invited to explore the interstellar medium (ISM) in search of molecules, minerals, and processes characteristic of this environment, and to delve into the early solar system, particularly the geochemical processes that led to the formation of planets.
The third day revisits these themes through an immersive research experience with a visit to the NOEMA observatory, a network of radio telescopes located on the Plateau de Bure at an altitude of 2,552 meters. Participants also had the opportunity to explore the resources offered by ESERO.
