Astronauts’ Daily Training!
This challenge, organized by CNES as part of the European Mission X project, was part of the “30 minutes of daily physical activity” program developed by the French Ministry of Education for elementary school students. Nearly 500 students from CM1 to 5e immersed themselves in the daily lives of astronauts by following a training program inspired by their physical preparation.
The teams had three weeks to complete three Mission X educational worksheets adapted to the 30APQ program and submit their activities in the form of photos or videos. Based on the quality and creativity of the projects, teamwork, and fidelity to the space theme, the CNES jury evaluated each performance and selected its favorite team:
The Cosmic Team! Team of CE2 and CM1 from Pierre Giraudet Elementary School in Sainte-Soulle.
Close behind are astro’athletes:
- “CM2 de la Ronde” CM2 class at École de la Ronde in Plessé;
- “Les 5e éléments” 5e class at Collège Blaise Pascal in Argentonnay;
- “Les CE1 d’or” CE1 class at École Notre-Dame de la Tramontane in Antibes;
