In 2026, ESA Education will host the sixth edition of its online conference, ‘Teach with Space’. This international event invites teachers to discover how space can be used as a powerful and inspiring context for teaching STEM.
Over the two-day conference, participants will have the opportunity to take part in presentations by ESA experts on topics such as the search for extraterrestrial life and space technologies, as well as hands-on educational activities linked to interdisciplinary projects inspired by true space missions. In addition, an ESA astronaut will be present to answer your questions.

How can I take part?
The conference will take place on 8 and 9 July 2026. It will be held in English and presented by ESA experts. Over the two days, you will have the opportunity to attend plenary sessions, a talks with an astronaut, and demonstrations of educational activities for primary and secondary schools. The conference is open to primary and secondary school teachers, as well as education professionals, who are nationals of one of the ESA member states, or of Canada, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania or Slovakia, and who are currently teaching in one of these countries.
Teachers interested in participating in the ESA Teach with Space conference must apply via ESA Learn. It is also necessary to create an account on the platform to register by following this link.
To guarantee fair access, registration will be processed in chronological order of registration by country of residence. Applications will remain open until 6 July 2026 (12:00 CEST), or until the online venue reaches capacity.
